At 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery, we do more than transport belongings we help people take the next step in life with confidence. Founded in Portland, Oregon, we’ve grown into a people-first moving company known for care, clarity, and service that goes beyond expectations. Now, we’re expanding our remote team and looking for a Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Guide clients through the moving process with clear communication and reliable support
Provide accurate quotes and explain service options
Manage schedules, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly
Follow up after moves to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and internal processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and comfort using digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.)
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Fluent English (C1 level or above)
Must have valid U.S. Visa
