At 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery, our mission is to remove the stress of relocation for Portlanders and beyond. We are Portland’s highest-rated moving service, and we’re looking for someone who can be both the brain and the hands behind our entire content operation.
This is not about posting pretty pictures—it’s about creating strategy-driven content that fuels business growth. We need someone who understands what actually drives revenue, isn’t afraid to get on job sites to capture real moments, and can turn that authenticity into powerful content that makes customers choose us over cheaper competitors.
This role combines strategy, content creation, writing, and social media management into one powerhouse position. You’ll work directly with our founder to create and execute a content strategy that converts stressed-out homeowners into loyal customers.
You’ll also travel periodically to Portland, Oregon (all expenses paid) to capture authentic photo and video content that can’t be created from behind a desk.
Responsabilities
- Strategic Content Planning – Develop quarterly/monthly strategies, research competitors, analyze performance, and build content calendars that generate leads and conversions.
- On-Site Content Creation – Travel to Portland to film moving jobs, interview customers, and capture behind-the-scenes moments showcasing our premium service and brand personality.
- AI-Assisted Writing That Converts – Use AI to draft compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and website copy—refined to sound authentic and on-brand.
- Social Media Management – Post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow a community that drives referrals.
- Content Performance & Optimization – Track results, optimize strategy, and continuously improve messaging based on data—not vanity metrics.
This role reports directly to the Sales & Admin Manager.
Qualifications
- Has exceptional skills in using AI to generate polished, on-brand content that doesn’t “sound like AI.”
- Holds a valid U.S. visa and can travel freely between their home country and the United States.
- Brings 2–3 years of experience developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Writes exceptionally well in English—able to simplify complex ideas and craft scroll-stopping captions.
- Knows how to plan, schedule, and analyze content across platforms.
- Is comfortable filming video and taking photos on-site in fast-paced environments.
- Understands what works on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok—and why.
- Works independently, takes initiative, and thrives across time zones.
- Experience with service businesses, B2B content, or premium brands.

- Content creators who can’t adapt to imperfect conditions.
- Anyone who’s never measured how content impacts real business results.
Work Environment
- Remote position based in Central or South America
- Periodic travel to Portland, Oregon (all expenses paid)
- Flexible schedule with project-based deadlines
- Must have strong English skills and ability to travel to the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,500–$1,800 USD monthly, based on experience and proven track record
